Should you wish to cancel an order sent to us, you have a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from the day the goods are received, in which time you should notify us of your wish to cancel the contract with us and a partial refund will be given,not including any original delivery charges.

If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a ‘change of heart’ then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel your order within the cooling off period of 7 days, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full selling price.

Delivery of Goods

Please allow upto 5 days for delivery of goods.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when services are faulty, or not as described – For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
